Hotel Amapola has 60 standard rooms, 7 junior suites and 3 villas detailed as follows:
Standard Rooms
Each standard 322 sq. ft. room features 2 double beds for 4 guests maximum, A/C, cable TV, mini bar, telephone for both local and international calls, hot water, safety box, hair dryer, a balcony on the second floor or a terrace on the ground floor.
Junior Suites:
Each Junior suite 623 sq. ft, are located on the second floor, these suites are made up of two independent rooms. The main room is separated from the comfortable living or guest room. These suites feature two double beds in the main room and a sofa-bed in the living room for a maximum of 6 guests. The suites have A/C, cable TV in both rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, telephone for both local and international calls, hot water, safety box, hair dryer and a balcony.
Villas:
Each villa 860 sq. ft, has three áreas. The main room features a double bed and is separated from the other bedroom, where there is a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above. There is also a convenient living room with a sofa bed for possible extra guests.
Each of the villas can house 7 guests maximum and has A/C, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, telephone for both local and international calls, hot water, safety box, hair dryer and a terrace.

Reservations must be prepaid according to the following policies:
FIT`s:
- Low season: 8 days prior to arrival date.
- High season: 15 days prior to arrival date.
- Easter Week and End of Year: 30 days prior to arrival date.
Groups:
- Low season: 21 days prior to arrival date.
- High season: 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Easter Week and End of Year: 45 days prior to arrival date.
Policies for guides and drivers
- 1 to 9 rooms: 50% discount off Rack rate
- 10 or more CPL (subject to availability)
Payments
Card use
All cards are accepted by the hotel.
When reservations are paid for by credit or debit cards, the attached form must be duly filled. Cancellation policies

Low Season
- Cancellations received 15 days prior to the client’s arrival date: no penalty will be applied.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the client’s arrival date: a 50% penalty of the total reservation will be applied.
- Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the client’s arrival date or in case of a “No Show”: the total charge of the stay will be applied.
High season
- Cancellations received 21 days prior to the client’s arrival date: no penalty will be applied.
- Cancellations received between 20 and 8 days prior to the client’s arrival date: a 50% penalty of the total reservation will be applied.
- Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the client’s arrival date or in case of a “No Show”: the total charge of the stay will be applied.
Easter Week and End of Year
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to the client’s arrival date: no penalty will be applied.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the client’s arrival date: a 50% penalty of the total reservation will be applied.
- Cancellations received 14 days prior to the client’s arrival date or in case of a “No Show”: the total charge of the stay will be applied.
