WHITE-WATER RAFTING


• Savegre River (All year long)

This one-day white-water rafting tour is a unique experience in a fascinating river. Our world-class, internationally-trained, bilingual guides and kayakers will help you paddle safely in this exciting river. Time: 8 AM – 4 PM Requirements: Good for adults and children over 8 years old relatively fit to paddle. Wear or bring sandals or water shoes, a bathing suit, sun block, insect repellent, a towel, a change of clothes and a hat.

Includes: Round-trip transportation, breakfast and lunch, bilingual guides, safety kayakers, all the equipment needed, snacks and drinks.



• Naranjo River (April-December)

	The wild and ever-changing Naranjo River White-Water Rafting challenge is recommended for physically fit adventure seekers and experienced rafters who are familiar with Class III and IV rapids. On this high-octane, half-day adventure, the trip begins when the Naranjo River drops steeply from the Costa Rican mountains and flows through pristine jungle gorges, then winds around rocky curves to take you on a wild, adventurous ride back to sea level waters.

If you become addicted to our ever-changing adventures out here, you just might have to come back. Time: 8 AM – 12 PM or 1 PM – 5 PM Requirements: We strongly recommend that adventurers (adults and children over age 10) be physically fit and prepared for Class IV rapids. KAYAKING


• Mangrove / Damas Island Kayaking

Spend a few indulgent hours paddling with the tide, as your highly-trained, bilingual naturalist guides reveal the protected inland waterways of the Damas Estuary and mangrove habitat. Explore an unforgettable plethora of flora and fauna, as you learn about, experience, and immerse yourself in our magical Costa Rican mangrove and tropical rain forest ecosystem. So, don’t forget to bring your camera!

• Night Mangrove Kayaking

• Snorkeling / Coastal Kayaking

	Whether you are an individual, a group, or an adventurous family, this challenging yet gratifying ocean-paddling adventure is for you. Requirements: Some experience in open-seat kayaking is preferred, and a reasonable fitness level is recommended, since this adventure involves kayaking in the open sea, where some strong waves and surf are common. NATURAL HISTORY


• Manuel Antonio National Park

The pace of this adventure is determined by your group’s abilities and interests, and the abundance of wildlife you want to take time to observe (or learn about) in breathtaking habitat. Watch sloths and numerous species of monkeys travel through the tree canopy, hunt for nocturnal silky anteaters and several types of non-poisonous snakes resting in the tropical rain forest, and listen to the songs of the various birds flying above you, also in search for adventure.

Time: 7 AM – 12 PM or 12 PM – 5 PM Ask your guide if you want to stay in the Park after the Tour. Requirements: Easy walk or hike, depending upon your abilities and self-paced tour. You might want to bring water, a camera, sunscreen, insect repellent, and your binoculars while you hike in the Park, and if you wish, bring your bathing suit and towel for a relaxing afternoon at the beach, after your hike and guided adventure. • Nauyaca Waterfalls & Horseback Riding

•Rain Forest Aerial Tram / Pacific Tour

	Our unforgettable special Aerial Tram location offers guests the opportunity to observe first hand over 200 acres of private, yet Costa Rican certified and government protected, natural reserve. This reserve is more specifically a sort of natural classroom, in a unique transition area located between the less humid climate of Costa Rica’s northern Pacific coastline and the more humid tropical climate of our central Pacific coast.
